If you are a fan of the Harry Potter books and/or movies you probably know about the clock the Wesley family has - it shows where everyone in the family is and lets you know if they are lost or in trouble etc. Now from Microsoft Research UK the Family Awareness Clock. It uses GPS to tell you where everyone in the family is. No reports on if it will tell you if people are in trouble though. But if you are not at school when you are supposed to be expect a call from mom or dad to ask why. :-)
