Long day in Clayton campus for my resident advisor training.
Got my 15FQ+ personality assessment report this afternoon. Here is a summary of my report
Team Management, I am an implementer/co-ordinator
My leadership style is directive leader.
As a subordinate, I'm a receptive and informative subordinate.
My selling style, Im an admin supporter and persverer.
My career theme is realistc and conventional theme.
It was a fairly interesting workshop and learnt a new defensive stance when being attacked.
Had another series of new arriving students drama. Had to reschedule a new reception roster.
Too tired to think ... just want to blog and sleep.
