Pearly Whites
 Gone to the dentist (Public Dental Center) this afternoon to do my regular check up.
Originally I was given an April 05 appointment but 10mins later the dental staff gave me a ring on mobile and asked if I was avaliable at 2.30pm cos someone else have cancelled their appointment. Immediately I said yes ..... *OUCH*
Generally I do not have any problems with dental visit, never quite understood the drama people associated about dental visits. But I guessed this is my turn.
The dentist was quite rough with my gums and with his apparatus. He went through the entire checkup, scaling and polishing at one go. No break in between. Even when I was drooling like a dog, he didn't give me a moment of relief to rinse my mouth and gave my battered gum a moment of relief. At the end of session (ordeal), the top part at the back of my shirt was pretty soaked.
During the session, I clinched my hands as hard as I could. It really felt like being examined by Dr Hector Hannibal ... its painful but you can't run. What to do ta po (guys) must lun mah (be able to stand pain)!
After that painful experience, I walked home in the thunderstorm with my pair of pearly whites.
Amen ... next time I'm going private!
