Recently, Fortune magazine named Microsoft one of the five best places to intern for real work, praising the company policy of giving all interns the same work as full-time hires.
"For interns like Francisco Garcia-Ascanio, the challenge of real work was a big attraction to the Microsoft program, and he wasn’t disappointed.
“The projects were very challenging and the whole process was so exciting and a lot of work, but the end result is so satisfying,” said Garcia-Ascanio, a student at University of Florida, Gainesville."
