I came, I saw, I conquered
Last weekend, I participated in a half marathon (Sydney Running Festival) and came in with a timing of 2h 7mins (provisional). I’m glad I managed to complete the distance and improved on my last year’s timing.
The last minute intensive two weeks training proved to be quite helpful, a combination of running, swimming and weights training.
Ah, there is still some juice left in these pairs of old legs. I'm a happy boy :)
