Recently, there was a posting issues on the aus-dotnet mailing list about using Access and DNN? What's DNN, I wondered?
Naturally I "searched for DNN" and realised it's short for DotNetNuke. DotNetNuke is an open-source Web Application Framework (built on ASP.NET (VB) platform) ideal for creating and deploying projects such as commercial websites, corporate intranets and extranets, online publishing portals, and custom vertical applications
If you are interested to develop your own portal using DNN for your local school club or community, I encourage you to check out the upcoming MSDN Webcast Series, presented by Brian Scarbeau (a computer science teacher who is also a MVP)
