Blogs can lead to conflict in the workplace: few businesses warm to the
idea f a public discussion about what goes on inside their offices. But more and
more, young people unfamiliar with the mores of the corporate world and
raised with instant messaging and personal web pages are blogging about
their experiences at work. And the most publicized cases, where
employees ere fired because of the content of their blogs, haven't served asdeterrents.
