MS Money 06 dun sync with Mobile 5.0

I attempted to install MS Money Deluxe 2006 on my machine and it works fine. But when i installed the mobile version of it as well, it doesnt seem to sync. In active sync, there's MS Money Data option, but nothing allowing me to tick it. =( Guess this
