It's already September 21 and we still haven't found any house where we can transfer. It's hard as what my mom says. She has been looking all over but she can't find any that suits us. I am thinking of getting Personal Loans so that I can buy a house and lot or perhaps make use of my mom's Pag-ibig.

I don't want that we will be renting for the rest of our lives. We can save more if we have our own house or in making use of a housing loan. At least while paying it, soon we will own the house. But we will just see because my mom will still ask her previous employer if she qualifies. If not, I will definitely avail of an Unsecured Personal Loan.
