i am an IT student, an aspiring one, and one of the subjects we have in school is Project Management where we are divided into different groups, from being a system analyst, system builder or system designer. our project manager assign us different tasks and we submit to him all the plans and informations we have covered. everything has to be done manually. but here comes now the latest about project management, it has been collaborated with the most accessed thing here on earth, the internet, and it is called the online project management.

in it are the document library, tasks, calendar, email list, announcements and collaborative online documents. you can do online file sharing and different stuffs. it is really more convenient here. the project manager doesn't need to have to approach his team members to tell them to do "this" and do "that". all he has to do is to post the his announcements online and his members will be able to read it. the members can also submit their works online, it is like an online workspace for them. project management has never been this easy and convenient.
