OkOk, I guess i've not posted here in ages, but times are busy! (that and i've been filling the more informal blog up with rubbish!) that aside, since last time i've been invited to test the jazzy new Office 2007 system. And thanks to whichever plebs that leaked it, we're now allowed to talk about certain aspects of the software! so expect a few bits about how it's all improved in the next few days.

Also been invited to test Vista, although currently making absolutly no progress at all with the FebCTP build, the silly moo just won't load the correct files on boot :(

Well, I know it's a blog and all, but I always feel compelled to introduce Myself if its a first post! (get the formalities out of the way eh)

So hey, I'm Dairus, currently a student at Hull university, studying computer science with games development! ( I notice some other fellow Hull CS folk post here too woo!) No more exclamation marks, I promise..Oh yeah I'm 18years of age.

Most of the talk on here will be game/console related I think , as that meh main interest at the moment, (PS3 that is, not having any of this xbox360 malarky) < Will probably rant about why the harsh opinion some other time..

Hmm what else to say, I guess a long term aim here is to get into a game studio, and get some serious programming done, and well ultimately get a studio and team of My own and start to make ourselves known in the industry, that would be truly amazing if it can be pulled off. (wonder how many people have said such things so far and not succeeded)
Untill then, I guess all that can be done is to brush up on coding and try get as much experience as possible.

Enough of this anyhow, I'm off to sleep, and Next time there's a post here it'll have some real content in it, as opposed to moochy personal stuff.
