Grade school computer camp

We've been asked to conceptualize a summer computer camp for grade school students.  This is a tough one.  It has to be something fun.  At the same time, it shouldn't just be fluff.  It should be something that exercises their creative and problem-solving skills.

Any ideas?

Computer Science Unplugged (http://unplugged.canterbury.ac.nz/) has some fun things that involve Kinesthetic Learning. Also look at this site (http://ws.cs.ubc.ca/~kla/index.php) for more of that sort of thing. It's teaching the concepts without computers. For actual hands on with computers I am more impresse with Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) than ever.
