This month was supposed to be busy for me. I was supposed to meet with some other Ateneo administrators to finish a report that is due in the next month or so. I was also supposed to conduct four workshops for the Department of Education, part of a project I am doing with FIT-ED.
Through no fault of the people involved, the meeting with the admins was pushed back twice and is now scheduled for September 30. Two out of the four workshops proceeded as scheduled, but the other two were rescheduled for October. So, the last couple of weeks of September were suddenly vacant.
Up to this point, the days of my leave have been pretty full. But I look at my schedule for next week and I think, gee, I have nothing to do.
However, please don't interpret this as a complaint. Something will come up--something always does! And even if nothing does, I will savor the lull while it lasts. October looks scary.

Remember ages ago, I blogged about my single 36-year old male friend who was feeling "old and moldy?" Well, I managed to set him up on a date. He's meeting up with one of my consultancy colleagues for lunch today. She's turning 29, so the age difference is not an issue. They're both really nice people. If things don't work out, at the very least, I hope they make friends. Wish them well, guys!
