Thanks, everyone, for the encouragement.  I hope I'm just a late bloomer.  And I especially want to say hello to Dukz!  Long time no blog!

I'm leaving again tomorrow, this time with my family.  It's a mix of work and play.  The primary mission is to ferret out research grant opportunities for CS.  I hope possibilities open up, not so much for myself (being over the hill and all ;) ) but for the department.
