I can't get into specifics, but there is a group of us in an sucky situation.  It's nothing illegal or immoral.  In fact, it's a clash of very high-minded principles and their inflexibility.  I think at least part of the problem in this situation is some parties are foisting their principles on others.  This party is in unfamiliar territory and is applying principles for a purists' point of view with no regard or consideration for the situation on the ground. 

It makes for a very sucky situation.
