Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who tried (and sometimes failed) to watch the webcast.  I got reports today that some people got zero feed.  I wish I had an explanation.

All this talk about greatness has me reading the book, "Good to Great."  I'm only on chapter 2, but the first chapter was interesting in that it asserted that good was the enemy of great. Because we settle for good we are not driven to go for great.  How many of us can identify with that?  I certainly can.
