Infractions
As an administrator, you learn to develop a thick hide. You come to expect people to resent you or to say things behind your back. I've learned that I don't have to like people in order to work with them and they don't have to like me to work with me. I do have to trust them, though, and they do have to abide by the school's rules. If I cannot trust them or if they can't play by the rules, then we have a problem.
