Thanks, first of all, to chelchel_am and to Aids for their comments in the last post. Blogging has really been an opportunity for me to make new friends, and I am grateful for all your feedback and good wishes.

I find myself in a situation again where I didn't get something that I had wanted.  It happens.  No one is to blame.  I know this.  Life will go on.  But right now, I'm annoyed that it took so long for the people in charge to get back to me.  I'm frustrated that I wasted so much time waiting for nothing.  I'm also disappointed because the outcome was not as I had hoped.  I'm giving myself some time to just feel all these things. These too will pass, but while they're here, there's no sense denying they exist.
