So now, the setup Step by Step:

1. install VPC 2004

2. then install the VPC 2004 SP1. This service pack is very important, because it increasing the performance of the virtual machines. You can download the SP1 here.

3. last but not least, we need to using the up-to-date virtual pc additions. The result is that MS Windows Server 2003 SP1 is running very well inside the vpc. Download is here.
