New Certification Title - MCITP: Consumer Support Technician Rated Excellent [5 out of 5].

I just got back from the exam center. I scheduled myself to an exam (70-623 Pro: Microsoft Desktop Support - CONSUMER), but haven't got a chance to study because of busy schedule the week prior, and I got sick and bed-ridden a few days before. Anyways, I'm glad I passed the exam but I promise not to take chances again next time. I really had a hard time digesting the exam questions because of lack of preparation.

Next stop, 70-622 Pro: Microsoft Desktop Support - ENTERPRISE.

Sorry to hear that you have been unwell. I hope you are 100% soon. Congrats on passing the exam anyway. To be honest I have never been a fan in studying for exams - especially these kind of exams. I really want to know that someone passed one of these exams based on expereince and knowing their stuff ro real rather than because they crammed a lot of things into their hear that they will forget 2 hours after the exam.

thanks alfred! actually, i've been thinking about that too. so for you, you think that relying on stock knowledge is enough proof to pass an exam if you really know you have lots of experience? i'm not shy to say that i have loads of experience for the exam i was about to take, but i just wanted to make sure i was ready. anyway, thanks for the input, i think it's something i should ponder on.
