Let's go swimming, anyone?

well before anyone of you say you want to join lemme relate to you first what had happened to me last friday and saturday...

Friday
===========================================
5:30 pm soooo excited...  logged-out early so that I could get to Olongapo ASAP.

7:25 pm I arrived at Victory Liner Terminal kinda pissed... why? 2 reasons 1st was I decided to eat to an eatery near our house to kinda saved money, I did saved money since the meal just cost me a meager 35PHP, but what pissed me off was I dropped my 75PHP somewhere, that makes my meal worth 110PHP (I could have just eaten at chowking and bought myself a Chicken Supreme and an extra rice, sheesh!) I only found out about it when I'm already inside the cab. The next reason was when I'm about to leave my cab I dropped my handkerchief and since it was raining then you already guessed what happened to that handkerchief.

7:30 pm At this time we were about to leave the Pasay terminal. Somewhat got over with the things that happened a while ago. But again I was pissed off by the driver and these two old 'hags' who were sitting right next to me.

             First the driver, Since the TV's reception that time was not that good and since I have this novel that I want to finish (Da Vinci's Code by Dan brown, I know it's kinda old but what the heck I haven't really read the whole novel anyway) so I decided to read it, I was sitting at seat no 3 so you could just imagine that the driver is just adjacent to where I was sitting and he would see if I was reading, but I think the driver have some issues in his own since he turned off the lights inside the bus, at first I just ignored it, I just conditioned my mind that he turned off the light so that other passengers could rest so I just closed the book and tried watching TV, but when I started watching TV he turned the set off and turned the radio on, coincidence nah! I was damned pissed! but since I was the more educated one I held my cool. So I just appreciated the songs that were playing though the station he was listening to was damn lame, when finally a song by Hale started playing I started to hum along but the freaking driver turned the volume low, Damn!!! But Educated as I am I just leaved it at that.

            Next was the the two hags who were sitting at seat no 1 and 2. Well I know you have experienced this too, when a passenger has a loud mouth and who just keeps on talking nonsense and keeps on talking as if there is no tomorrow, well like with the driver just held my cool (Anger Management it really helps!) when finally the first hag went down to Pampanga I said to myself at long last the lady would keep her mouth shut, but I was speaking too soon since what she did next was took her phone out and called someone and talked as if she was using the phone at the comfort of her home.

           I thought that all of this would end as soon as I arrived at Olongapo, but when we were at Bataan the rain feel so hard, when we arrived at Olongapo City the water is already ankle deep. Since my wife's parents were living at Sta. Rita I went down at Olongapo City Triangle, what I saw certainly shocked me. The flood is already knee-deep I called my wife and she told me that the water in their place is about waist deep. So what I did was I stayed in front of the Triangle for about an hour and waited if the flood would subside but as if it was my LUCKY day the rain just keep on pouring and the water keeps on rising. So I said I'll just brave the flood since it's just waist deep I think I can make it. I rode a jeepney and went to Caltex and when I arrived at Santolan Rd I tried walking through the floods but when I walked thru it and the water was rising i was kinda terrified since the current is kinda strong so I just went back and again my "luck" turns out to be at -100% since the electricity was cut off so I decided to stay at Victory Liner Terminal. I stayed there until around 3am, but I said well the flood would surely not subside since it is High Tide so I decided to try my luck I again rode a jeepney and again went to OC Triangle, there more determined than ever went through the flood, first the flood was ankle deep, then knee deep then waist and after I passed through the bridge the water is now at the level of my armpit (to those of who know me I am not that small so you can imagine the level of the water) I could imagine my self as though I was in a film (anaconda hehehe) just imagine the flood water at my armpit-level and no electricity at past 3am no one was awake at that time so if ever i lost my grip I'll be drowning and no one will ever know about it. So I just walk through just keeping in my mind my wife and my son, finally at 3:30am I arrived at my wife's house, soaked in coffee and cream colored flood water and my whole body aching. And as if that was not enough I went home in a pair of shorts (pambahay shorts at that!) whew what a weekend that was, now as I was asking.....

Let's go swimming, anyone?
