Last night was the Victory Awards Davao 2005. It is an annual event where people in our church (Victory Christian Fellowship) are acknowledge for their dedicated and faithful work in the church. It was like a local version of the Academy Awards where people wear their best suits and dresses. All the guys where wearing coat and ties while the ladies where on their best evening dress.

My friend's father won father of the year. Julia, which is a good friend of mine, recieve the best usher for the female category. LCB-Performing Arts Center, which I'm a part of, was awarded the most fruitful company because the talents that comes out from there are not just good performers but also faithful Christians. The artistic director of LCB-PAC was awarded the evangelist of the year female. And lastly Ateneo de Davao University, which is my school, is awarded most promissing school in the college level.
