A man from DHL came today to pick up our broken dogs memory. But instead he left us an envelope and ran off. We've had to ring DHL to arrange for another man to come and pick up the envelope.

Apparently he couldn't wait to take the item because he wanted to save time. But if he had waited five minutes he could have saved a complete journey. Seems a bit silly to me, particuarly as we have to fill the envelope while the second man waits to make sure that we don't put anything naughty in there.  I've a horrible feeling this is turning into a soap opera.
