Sorry about the narrative running backwards. This is a problem when you write blogs like this. Each entry must run forwards in time. But all the entires themselves are sequenced backwards in time. You can reverse the order of the entries, but then you find that readers have to scroll past stuff they've read to get to the new bits. Anhyoo, hope you like the pictures.
