Every now and then I try to make some time to just trawl around the web and find good places to go. I was doing some wanderings for embedded stuff and I found We-dig:

This is an interesting little site. The people there are doing some nice things with embedded stuff (I'd like to go to their next seminar, but Redmond is probaby a bit too far from Hull). They are also working on porting CE onto a Gumstix processor: http://gumstix.com/index.html 

Well worth a look if you are into embedded development. And robots.
