I reallly like this time of year. I'm not that keen on hot summers, and by September the evenings are getting cool enough for a good night's sleep. I've been trying to put my finger on what else about this time of year is good. This year I've figured it out. The students are back. The campus is buzzing with people, and I'm back teaching programming again. I'm not sure I'd ever go as far as to say that I miss the students, but it is nice to have everyone on campus again.
