Today I sent off my speaker details stuff to Microsoft for my talk at MEDC in Las Vegas. It starts to get a bit real when you have a four page contract to read about your presentations....
I've been on the conference site looking at sessions. This is going to be a really interesting. All the stuff I like playing with, from SPOT to Smartphone to Visual Studio is on the agenda. And the number of presentations makes me think of TechEd there is so much going on. As someone who loves writing mobile code I find this really encouraging.
If you are coming over to Vegas you could do a lot worse (honest) than see my session (APP207) in the application track. I'm doing 8 different demonstrations of how you can use C# and VS 2005 to make your mobile games really fun, with things like "Addressbook roulette" and "Phone exploder" on the agenda. At the very least you will get to hear my favourite joke.....
Oh, and if you come up to me at the conference and say "I know you, you're from Hull" I'll buy you a beer. I'll be on the MVP stand every now and then, and helping in the hands on labs.
