I'm getting into this XBOX 360 live thing now. The latest trick is watching Gotham TV showing me other races. These are quite often hilarious. I've taken to leaving the machine playing music and rendering a race in the background as I get on with work on the PC. The first corner of a race is always the most amusing, particularly if there are around 8 cars taking part. There is usually an enormous smash, with cars going every which way. Then the sensible ones zoom through the wreckage and on to victory. I often wondered why I was always in first position up until the first bend and then last coming out of it. Now I know.

You also see people doing the most dastardly things to each other, forcing opponents into walls and causing them to spin off at corners. Sometimes I wish I could just stop the race and "send off" some of the drivers. Perhaps that will come one day. But until then, it is just fun to watch the cars go past.
