This app lets you map your own WinKey+whatever combinations, create some microtime saving shortcuts (and giving you access to a lot of secret Windows features you might have installed 3rd party apps to do such as "Always on Top" or "Transparency"). The documentation is horrible but some of my favorite custom settings to add (hit WinKey+Q to edit the config, which only appears on top of your wallpaper). The app only uses a mere 20k of ram too!

The same guy has also written a neat little program to intercept the PrntScrn key and pops-up a window to let you choose between printing it, saving it (gif, jpg or bmp) or copying it to the clipboard.
