About 7 or so years ago, I made a graph to compare css and <font> sizes in Netscape 4.x and IE5. I originally created it as a lookup table for myself because when I thought in web font sizes, I though in a scale of <font size="x">. Well it seems I'm way overdue for properly using CSS and have moved to the Font: 80%/100% "Verdana","Arial",sans-serif; format, which is more standards friendly. Well because of this switch, I need to know what percent values to use because I think of font sizes in px now. So here's my new comparison graph.
Please note this comparison is for IE6, FireFox treats size names differently than IE so expect those values to be off.

PS: This comparison focuses on the average web surfer, hence it being biased towards having: XP, IE6 an LCD screen. I do plan on adding PT sizes. And yes, I know percents are sensitive to your computer & browser settings, but like I said earlier, I'm focusing on average user, and my font size & windows DPI settings were at default when I made this grid.
