Is it possible to get a free copy of visual studio .net academic edition 2003?

Of course it is! You can go to http://thespoke.net/Software/ and inscribe yourself to theSpoke Premium.

The subscription is free: once you'll provide the team you're a student, you will be able to download Visual Studio .net 2003 for free (or you can have it mailed for 25$).

OR you can check in your university for MSDNAA program. You can see more information here: www.msdnaa.net

Dude, go the MSDN AA way, and save yourself $25! Plus with MSDN AA, you can also get pretty much all Microsoft software except Office. You can get Windows XP, Project, Server, MOM, Sharepoint, heaps of stuff.

I would advice you to get it from your school's MSDNAA Administrator. How about trying Visual Studio Express Editions instead? They could be downloaded for free at http://labs.msdn.microsoft.com/express.

just a question...im registered for thespoke..but how do i register for premium? i remember smth like sending in a letter frm our uni or smth like that... anyone familiar with the exact details?
