Hello guys, this is Alex from Mexico (Vertigen Team - IC 2005 Short Film 1st place) just announcing my participation in IC 2006 in this invitational, though Sandra and Temoc won't be participating this time, I already have a brand new (and great) team.  This is exiting, I hope to compete again with all the last year's finalists and semifinalists, and also I'm waiting to see what the new contestants have to propose. These year's theme is a little more difficult than last years, so, in my opinion, the ideas will be much more surprissing. =)

I can't wait for the first round to begin.

I'm ready to get started again. I'm glad that you are going to compete again Alejandro, this will be a lot of fun. Sinan has been working on the new website so we should be able to showcase the films from last year. And I'm also looking forward to a bunch of great films that surpass the ones from last year.

Last year we used Sony Vegas ( I can't remember if it was version 5 or 6), but it is very good and easy to use. I would recomend too Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, it is a little more difficult to use, but you get great control of your movie.

Oh, oh, I don't like this...

I just read in the Imagine Cup 2006 bases that those who won in some invitational the previous editions of IC, cannot participate again in this invitaional :( so I will retire early. However, maybe I will try with Interface Designer.

Anyway, I'll keep in touch with you guys.

I'm in this year too. I already have a team and the STORY. I hope you'll enjoy it! I think this year the competition will be rough. I'll do my best to get in the finals.

I have been waiting all this time to enter IC 06. It was really frustrating when we didn't finished the video on time. At least we were able to be one of the top 30 finalist. This year we are sticking to the same team, "Bugertz Production", and same team member, me, draftbeer80 and kurocard.

The new theme is very interesting, I'm wondering what people would come up with this year. I'm really excited.

Hello guys!
Together with Julia we are thinking very hard about our new short film. This year we probably will not make it as an animated short. The topic is *very* challening and we just do not know what the future will bring ;). But it does not matter right now. It will be fun to watch all those wonderful projects that will be submited next year.
