Hi,

I am a premium member and over the last few days I have been unable to access the premium membership pages, I click on software, access your account here, then under the Announcements heading get visual studio today. 

This used to link to the software to download but now it takes me back to thespoke.net homepage.

Has any one else had this problem?

I could access it yesterday but today it does not work for me either.
But that may be a good thing : maybe they closed it to add new software. (VS2005?)

Me too, I'm also a premium member and it just goes back to the home page, its probobly a link they didn't hyperlink I guess..... I liked the old classic spoke page better.

I can now access the visual studio.net for download.  Although I can now longer see the other software for download i.e. Windows XP, Server etc??

what software can you download from there?  It doesn't show a list and I am wondering what is available before paying.

You can download Visual Studio 2003 .NET from there. A few weeks ago however aload of new software turned up like Windows XP and Server 2003 but that all seems to have disapeared at the moment so maybe that was just a mistake..

I just went to the http://thespoke.net/Software/ page and when I click the "Access your account here" link it takes me to a registration page.  So I thought maybe you have to re-register every now and then so they know you're still a student or something so I tried registering again and it told me that my email address was already registered.  Anyone had this problem before?

I am glad to see that someone else is having trouble with the premium pages. When I get there it asks which product I want and I select that product. It seems to take fffffoooooorrrrrreeeeeevvvvvveeeeerrrrrr to even start thinking about downloading and when it finally does it only downloads something like 472kb. VB Studio NET is 600MB. When it apparently starts downloading I get only as far as a few percentage points (from 1% to 17%) and then I get a 'Checking CRC' message and it just hangs there and seemingly goes to never never land. I have tried everything that I know of to get a straight answer from Microsoft about what is going on, but as usual they are not giving me the necessary info. If ANYBODY can help please do so! I amabout to lose my sanity.
