WPO Domain:

Position #1: Real time Windows C# SW Engineer

Major duties/Responsibilities:

(1) Creation of System and Subsystem level software requirements.

(2) Creation of High Level and Low Level Design.

(3) Creation of Code using "C", "C#" and modeling languages such as UML/SDL.

(4) Creation and execution of development testing such as Unit, System and Integration Tests.

(5) Working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot & resolve issues identified during software development and testing.

(6) Champion new ideas/processes that improve development effectiveness and productivity.

(7) Working with system architects, other software developers and test engineers to define and evaluate new features.

Required skills:

(1) At least 3 years experience in software development, development in a test environment preferred.

(2) Strong knowledge and experience using "C" and "C#", within a Windows real-time system environment. This is not bit level interface programming.

(3) Experience with programmatic control of physical devices highly desirable.

(4) C++, UML, SEI’s CMM, DOORS, Test Central, JAVA and PERL skills would be added pluses

(5) Good team skills, likes sharing ideas and collaborating with others to achieve a goal.

(6) Multi-tasking and adapts quickly to changing roles and responsibilities in a dynamic and fast paced development environment.

(7) Strong interest in acquiring a practical expertise in interconnect telephony and other communications protocols.

(8) Strong problem solving abilities; verbal and written communication

(9) Knowledge of spoken and written English and ability for business trips.
