Hi Winners,

All of you, who have registered for the competition, you are already winners. I have been overwhelmed by the response that we have got for the competition.

As of today we have 6000 student registered for the Imagine Cup (all categories put together) and are the Number 1 country in terms of registrations. Thank you all of you all to make this possible.

As a result I am getting a lot of request from students, who have just joined in to the competition for more time to take part in the competition. So I am going to allow all the students to keep sending me their abstracts till the 15th of Feburary. All the student who have already sent me the solutions, please be patient and considerate for all your other colleagues who want to participate in the competition.

There will be no more extension of the deadline for the software design competition (for india). And the results will be published on 16th of Feburary.

In case you have any doubts or need guidance please buzz the Imagine Cup India team @ icindia@microsoft.com

so does that mean that our deadline for prototype submisson for round 2 too gets extended equivalently?

Yes that does mean that all the other rounds will also be pushed back. You can resubmit your applications if you wish after fine tuning them.

Does this statement mean that those who have already submitted their abstract must stay patient of they can still send their updated abstract.

sir, we have made some minor changes in our abstract so now my question is shall i send it updated or not.

I got a mail asking me to submit a one page synopsis before 5th feb. Is it different from what we submitted as our entry before 31st jan??
