Hi everyone! This may sound kind of "Noobish" but I am new here. This site seems really neat though; there are forums, blogs, webspaces, and you can even get discounted software (whoo! Visual Studio!).

Welcome to theSpoke!

I am almost new too. I was introduced to this while studying postgraduate at Monash Uni in Australia two years back.

Back then it was the old theSpoke, and I am one of those who witnessed the transformation into this "Vista-like" version!

Now no longer studying, I have obtained a job as a Software Engineer. So I wish to say thanks to the student community (IT Club) who helped me out in this.

I'm new here as well. Doesn't look like there is a lot of activity around here considering how many members there are.  I'll give the site a chance though.

Yes, I agree about the apparent lack of activity. I think it is caused by the original batch of students (who founded this site) graduating and then getting into their offered jobs, hence having no more time to care for this site!

It is not a huge "gala" kind of site like Channel9.msdn.com or onten.net where they have hundreds (or thousands) of videos to view.

For the activity that is going on, you might need to browse the members' blogs. Even the Imagine Cup section is a bit defunct. They could have updated it with the New Delhi stuff.
