I'm one of the participants from the 2nd round but did not qualify for the third round. I guess my idea was concrete but quite small to be a complete project. It involved using artificial intelligence and data mining on medical data. I can bring knowledge about these topics to the table. I'm not claiming to be a genius but I'm pretty good with Visual Studio and C#, Web Services, etc. You don't have to make any commitments.
