I was trying to figure out some competition details and I found the Canadian website (www.microsoft.ca/imaginecup/), on which there is an email address (iccan@microsoft.com) which supposedly accepts submissions. I sent an email to that address but the delivery failed because:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 550 5.1.1 User unknown
Is there an alternative contact method?
