Hi guys : D ... Good luck to everyone!! I'm gonna check right now some of the movies of teams those posted links here.. but... I'm a little bit disappointed...

Apart from microsoft mails encouraging my team and me to keep on having interest in the compo, which we do, I thought that a way to keep people involved was to give a way to see the movies... to all the participats...

But after the deadline I saw no links, or no way to access any panel or to check the entries... I mean, a very important part of this experience was to be able to see your works guys, and learn a lesson over that...

So, am I missing something? I mean a link, or a date has been given for when will they be available? Or???

This is how it worked last year, just people posting links on our own servers. Maybe they're so concerned with the competition side of things that they're forgetting about the artistic... and not making them available because we're not voting on them.

I think it's a shame. But there are lots of places to post your stuff even if you don't have your own server (yousendit, youtube...)

And keep bugging them about those stats, I'm curious.

Well Nick, as you know we didn't do it to the 2nd round... (*sigh sob sigh sigh sigh .. did I say sob?.. No? .. ok, sob*)...

And that's even worse, so this all is gonna be totally unfrutuous if people can't even see how people translated storyboards into real short films..!!! Apart form the kindness of some participants posting links to their own works!

I must say, that once more this is misleading about the real spirit.. on my behalf anyway I must thank this place for meeting many cool guys from around the world :).

About stats, and so, that's a dead end I think, since you know you can't crunch numbers .... if you miss them ! (we tried to apply our algos and stats math to other important fields in life when missing numbers, we were not lucky with crunching rocks, our government, or some of our neighbours , we actually had very fine results with crunching pizza, spaghetti, and other pasta anyway... we tried to apply stats to our girls also, but got totally wrong results leading to what we knew already since the day we born.. that girls are unpredictable...so in the end it seems or we deal with the wrong numbers, or with the ones that count less in life..!!) And M seems not interested in delivering them :)...

I hope someone will open a tracking page for this edition of the IC - SF to allow that small number of "not only begging for votes" teams have the opportunity to see other's work.

Bugging, is a fine art anyway ! ^_^ j/k
