I'm actually in the room where finalists of Project Hoshimi 2006 are working (2h before dead time).

Here is the SDK they used.

You can see that there is 2 new bots, new rule for Bonus and that Pierre can have existing NeuroController at the beginning of the game (yes it is a preview of PH2007 SDK).

AND: it contains a .chm help (yesssssssssssss!)

For Road to Project Hoshimi 2007 August Competition, you'll have to use it. Remember that the big price is a XBOX 360!

• One Score Objective (with decrease)
• One Navigation Objective (with decrease)
• One UniqueNavigation Objective (with decrease)
• + Navigation and Unique Navigation Objectvies (with no decrease)

IMPORTANT: some objectives can be "unreachable" ;-)))
