RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION DESCRIPTION

This is a highly technical role that also requires some business savvy.  This position will act as the technical link between new customers and Firm58.  Primarily, this will be by working directly with new customers to determine the format of their data that will serve as input to our proprietary system and to perform the necessary mapping between the two.  This person will work closely with new Firm58 customers, with the project coordinator overseeing the implementation process, and the software development team.  This person may also perform requirements gathering and gap analysis.
Job Responsibilities
•    Ensure customer application set-up is completed accurately and on time.
•    Complete all necessary data mapping with the Oracle BPEL application, the WebLogic BPEL application, or similar product.
•    Complete and review all technical support documentation with the client support team.
•    Complete all application testing in conjunction with the QA team for any specific customer development requirements.
•    Participate in the sales process, as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•    3 years experience using XSLT, XPath, and XQuery to represent or transform data.
•    1-2 years experience using Oracle and BEA Weblogic.
•    1-2 years experience using Oracle BPEL or WebLogic BPEL a plus.
•    3-5 years programming experience preferably with Perl, Python, or Java a plus.
•    Must be able to work closely with others, both internally and externally.
•    Demonstrates tact when dealing with others and reacts well under pressure.
•    Good oral and written communication skills.
•    Customer service/support experience desirable.
•    Must be a clear thinker with ability to reason through and conceptualize abstract problems.
•    Ability to work independently with limited supervision (self-motivated, self-disciplined, etc.).
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher education credentials are required.
•    Domain knowledge of the trading industry.
EDUCATION

•    Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
