Tips on how to be healthy..ü

Better lifestyle habits can help you reduce your risk for heart attack. Learn what you can do to help prevent heart disease and stroke.

-A healthful eating plan means choosing the right foods to eat and preparing foods in a healthy way.

-Swimming, cycling, jogging, skiing, dancing, walking and dozenz of other activities can help your heart.

-Have a balanced diet. Balance Diet ideally should include foods from the 4 basic Food Groups.
-Eat food rich in vitamins,minerals,nutrients,etc.
-Don't be a Health Hazard. Health Hazard are those people who buys food that is tasty but not rich in nutrients,vitamins,etc.
-Eat fruits after eating your meal.
-You may also have a Healthy Diet. Healthy  Diet reduces the risk problems such as  heart disease, certain cancers,obesity,diabetes and high blood pressures.
-Don't waste your money buying unhealthy foods ( junk food is an example ) instead spend it buying healthy one.
-Good Nutrition is aimed when you start having a healthy breakfast.
