Since I am starting my exams I would share all of my well-tried and trusted methods for Exams. I also recommend that other people contribute their techniques as well.

1. Keep clear and concise notes (haven't we all heard that one before...)
2. Sleep the night before (may as well get 8 hours sleep and 2 hours study than the other way around)

3. Before the exam (ie 10 or 20 minutes before) get your get your mind working, but keep thought AWAY FROM THE EXAM. Try talking to your friesnds about the next\last party, play solitare on your PDA or bring a pack of cards and play poker.

4. Be sure you've had plenty to eat and drink before the exam.
5. After having finished 4, go to the toilet!

6. After the exam - relax!! You deserve it.

7. Start preparing for the next exam

Im about to say study advise rather than specifically exam advice, but the thing that I really found helped me was reading my notes.  At the end of each day I sat down and glanced at the days notes then at the end of every week I looked quickly at the weeks notes, after I did this I found that come exam period I already knew most of the work without really doing anything...

the only best techniques in exam is study hard and listen to the discussion.

my technique in study is i always listening to my teacher every discusion.
